How to remove Giving tip
We process out donations through Giving Checkout with JustGiving. To keep their platform running they run a tip based service.
If you would rather not leave a tip to JustGiving follow the guide below.
On mobile
1. Progress through the payment amount, payment method and gift aid sections before arriving at this final checkout page. Notice the amount and total are different. Do not press “Donate” scroll down first.
2. Scroll down to see a slider, this drops to a minimum £1 tip. If you wish to tip less click ‘enter custom amount’
3. A pop up opens where you can put your desired amount, including zero.
Once you press continue to confirm this you can go ahead and pay.
