Achieve Leader status with Possability People
A business’ commitment to employing, retaining and developing disabled people can be demonstrated by membership of the Disability Confident scheme.
Possability People are one of a small number of organisations able to accredit applications for level three, Leader, status.
For any employer who is at level 2 – Disability Confident Employer – and wishes to attain Leader status we offer a straightforward route to accreditation.
We will:
- Arrange a pre meeting to discuss the process, introduce our assessor and answer any questions you have
- On receiving the material submitted for accreditation, check the pack and ensure that there are no omissions
- Swiftly work through the accreditation and provide feedback within 14 days maximum
- Arrange a feedback meeting on Teams to discuss the submission and any recommendations.
- Follow up with a written copy of recommendations and areas of good practice
Our fee depends on the size of your organisation:
- £600 – For employers with less than 100 employees
- £750 – For those with more than 100 employees but less than 500
- £1000 – For those with more than 500 employees
