Pop up stall for people with aches and pain this Saturday

Brighton’s Saturday shoppers with aches and pain can make the most of Possability People’s pop up information and advice stall at the Pavilion Gardens Café in New Road this weekend

The charity’s runs two free musculoskeletal (MSK) services across Brighton, Hove and mid Sussex, especially for people living with joint and muscle pain:

Right Track to help find and join free or low cost services and activities the can boost confidence and improve health and wellbeing and

At Work to support people to manage aches and pain while sustaining work or finding more suitable employment. It can also help employers too.

Both services are free, available to adults aged over 18 living in Brighton, Hove, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Crawley and surrounding areas, who are living with MSK conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis or any other long term aches and pains caused by illness or injury.

The pop up stall will take place on Saturday 17 August between 10am and 4pm by the Pavilion Gardens Café, Pavilion Gardens, New Road, Brighton BN1 1UG.
