Registered Manager

Possability People is seeking a dynamic and passionate Registered Manager to lead and grow our At Home service in Brighton & Hove.

You’ll oversee the delivery of bespoke, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently and with dignity. From day-to-day service management to upholding the highest CQC standards, you’ll play a key role in shaping a supportive, high-quality service that truly makes a difference.

We’re looking for an experienced leader with at least three years’ experience managing a care agency, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.

Based at our Hove office in Rutland Gardens (BN3), this role also involves local travel to visit clients and attend meetings.

Salary:                                       £42,000 to £45,500

Line Managed by:                       Business and Services Development Manager

Working Hours:                          35 hours per week

Holidays:                                     28 days plus Bank Holidays
