One of the things that makes Possability People’s Employment Service so successful is that we create personalised support programmes.
We know one size doesn’t fit everyone.
Some of our participants might take many weeks of getting to know us before they come to a workshop, while some might jump straight in. We have even supported some people by walking with them from their car or the bus, past our our training place, before they can think about going in.
We will support you in the way which is most useful for you, taking into account the things that matter to you. We don’t run courses for set lengths of time, but work very flexibly to enable you to get what you need at your own pace.
Our team have all experienced challenges, just like you might be doing at the moment. Which means they understand how difficult taking the first step can be. They are easy to talk to and very helpful, and will support you in the way that you would like them to.
