Staying at home can mean many people won’t get the same amount of exercise as they do when they go about their daily routines. It also means we all have to find other ways of staying active and not getting bored while we are at home much more than usual. If you have not started an exercise programme before please seek appropriate guidance, either online or by phone, before you do so.
